DENTAL INSURANCE
We accept most dental insurance plans including dental PPO plans, but know that most dental insurances are not intended to cover the entire cost of your dental care. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card with you each visit. As a courtesy we will be happy to file your claims for you. Please feel free to call or email our office with any questions you may have.
ONLINE PAYMENTS

Before making a payment, please confirm with our office that you are paying the correct amount. We can send you a statement if needed. We will also review any online payments to ensure accuracy, and you will receive an email receipt confirmation when the transaction is completed.
